Bifidokefir
The product combines the nutritional properties of classic kefir and the properties of bifidobacteria, providing the probiotic effect of the finished product. Has a softer and more delicate taste compared to classic kefir.
Beneficial features
The product is characterized by high quality protein, its good digestibility and contains a complex of essential amino acids. A unique protein-lecithin complex has a positive effect on the functioning of all body functions (for example, it promotes the speedy elimination of exogenous cholesterol). «Bifidokefir» is saturated with vitamins and free amino acids, contains lysine, tryptophan and methionine. Vitamin C in «Bifidokefir» is 2.5-3 times more than in ordinary kefir, and vitamins B6 and B1 - 6-8 times. 100 g of «Bifidokefir» contains approximately 10-15% of the daily dose of vitamins C and B6, which is an indicator of its high biological value.
«Bifidokefir» promotes the rapid restoration of normal intestinal microflora in case of dysbacteriosis, dysbiosis and allergies. Regular consumption of the product improves immunity and improves overall well-being.
Cooking technology, composition
The fermented milk product «Bifidokefir» is produced according to the classical technology from cow pasteurized and normalized by the mass fraction of fat or low-fat milk by fermenting with sourdough prepared on kefir fungi.
Bifidobacteria are in a physiologically active state by the time the product is ready.
Symbiotic starter culture: Kefir fungus (natural symbiosis of microorganisms for making kefir) and bifidobacteria starter culture (B. Bifidum + B. Longum)
