Bifacil

A fermented milk product with a delicate taste and dense thick consistency. As part of «Bifacil» selected the optimal combination of bifidobacteria, acidophilus sticks and streptococci. «Bifacil» is made from pasteurized milk, normalized by mass fraction of fat, fermented with a special complex ferment, in which a symbiotic combination of lactic acid bacteria, bifidobacteria and bacteria of acidophilus bacillus is presented.

Bifidobacteria and lactobacilli, which developed during the fermentation of «Bifacil», are in a physiologically active state by the time the product is ready, which significantly increases the digestibility of the product.

«Bifacil» has a high sanitizing effect and has a high nutritional value. The product contains a small amount of sugar.
